BUSINESS TERMS · B2B
Clear authority, credits, and limits.
These concise prelaunch terms describe the current founder-operated service. The order or Checkout page sets the purchased allowance; this version sets the common operating boundary.

1. Business service
Seal of Sigmund is offered to businesses for authorized security assessment of their own or properly entrusted repositories. The organization owner or administrator accepting these terms confirms authority to bind the organization.
2. Scan authority
Each scan is limited to an organization-approved repository, application root, and immutable commit. The scanner is passive, does not execute repository code, and may produce an explicitly incomplete result when supported analysis cannot finish. Trust-boundary failures abort without an admitted receipt.
3. Credits and allowances
A credit is reserved when a scan starts and consumed only when an admitted receipt is created. A technical failure before admission releases the reservation; a new customer-requested rerun is a new scan. Repository, concurrency, file-count, archive-size, framework, and monthly limits shown at purchase and in the capability statement apply.
4. Billing, VAT, and cancellation
Prices are in NOK and exclude VAT unless Checkout states otherwise. Stripe determines tax from the customer and transaction information supplied at Checkout. Subscriptions renew monthly and may be cancelled for the next renewal period; service continues until the current paid period ends. Unused monthly allowance does not roll over unless the offer expressly says so.
5. Refunds
Duplicate charges are refunded. A one-time assessment may be refunded within 14 days only if no credit has been used. A service fault may receive a replacement credit or manual refund. Subscription cancellation is not prorated. Refunds and disputes can revoke related unused authority where required to keep the ledger accurate.
6. Customer responsibilities
The customer must keep identity and GitHub access secure, select only authorized repositories, review declared coverage, and avoid submitting secrets through contact or support. A receipt is evidence from the stated instruments and revision—not a warranty that software is secure or free of vulnerabilities.
7. Availability and liability boundary
The prelaunch service is provided without an uptime commitment. We will operate the documented controls with reasonable care, but indirect loss, lost profit, and consequences of relying on incomplete coverage are excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
8. Support and changes
Single-assessment and Regular requests target a response within two Norwegian business days; Premium targets one. Serious security reports receive immediate triage. Material term changes require a new version and renewed organization acceptance.
